Steve Rupp has more than 15 years of professional experience in public sector consulting and project management for the implementation and upgrade of Oracle applications (PeopleSoft & Oracle Cloud) as well as custom-developed applications. As a project manager Steve has successfully led project teams with as many as 35 consultants through full project lifecycles based on PMI and agile methodologies. In this role, Mr. Rupp has advanced and delivered projects by establishing and managing project plans, budgets, schedules, and implementing project management controls.
